On Feb. 10, 2006, China Shenzhen second people's court ruled the case of "Bragel vs. Watson", a willful patent infringement case will stay in Shenzhen jurisdiction. Watson's supplier was trying to get the case to move to Shanghai in vain. This case will now proceed. This will send a strong message of Bragel's determination of protecting its IP rights all around the world, including China.
