Detail: Korean Patent No. 419298 was invalidated as a result of a legal action against Eve’s Bra filed by Bragel few years ago. The Supreme Court of Korea issued a decision in favor of Bragel after Mr. Cho, the owner of the above mentioned patent failed his final appeal.
