China patent court sustained the invalidation to Bossway's China patent 20046783.9 filed by NuBra. Bossway was trying to knock off NuBra and get around NuBra patents by making a partially adhesived bra cup. This has been stroke down twice by the Chinese court and patent office. NuBra patents remain as the only valid patent exist for this revolutionary strapless and backless adhesive bra.
