Taiwan middle court has just ruled UM patent 092218248 filed by Yu-Hun-Da in 2004 is invalid. This so call UM patent was based on NuBra patent claims granted worldwide. They attempted to tweak the definition and claims to void the NuBra claims. The same attempts were done by several Chinese companies and resulted in the same invalidation. All these invalidation, plus the positive technical reports obtained in China and Taiwan just reinforce the rights of NuBra patent claims.
