The Taipei Supreme Administrative Court issued a verdict in favor of Bragel on a case brought against the Taiwan Bureau of Intellectual Property in an attempt to invalidate Bragel’s invention patent on NuBra. The plaintiff had attempted repeatedly to invalidate Bragel’s patent but with no success. The judges of the Taipei Supreme Administrative Court state that the plaintiff’s claims are not substantiative and therefore the invention patent issued to Bragel International, Inc. by the Bureau of Intellectual Property stands as is.
