US district court ruled against Tatyana Abramyan and Elena Abramyan in violating Bragel’s copy and trademark rights. Court ruled that both Tatyana Abramyan and Elena Abramyan have to pay Bragel a total of $42,712.92 to cover Bragel’s attorney fees, even though they had stopped the violation after Bragel filed the legal complains in late 2003. This ruling applies to the two individuals personally.
