The Intermediate People’s Court in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province ruled, in two separate cases, against FuLiKai. FuLiKai is an underwear manufacturer located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China that willfully manufactured counterfeit NuBra and numerous knockoff NuBra products that seriously infringed upon Bragel’s patent, trademark, and copyright. Bragel expects to win other pending patent and trademark lawsuits filed by Bragel in the near future.
