The Middle People’s Court of China issued a court order to seize the property and freeze the bank account belonging to Mr. Kuo-Ping Tsao, the owner of Fu-Li-Kai (FLK) for his failure to comply with court orders associated with the case involving intellectual property infringement and the criminal act of manufacturing counterfeit goods filed in 2006 by Bragel International, Inc. (Re: Feb 14, 2007 press release) FLK, located in Shenzhen, China; manufactured counterfeit copies of the world renowned, patented product called NuBra since 2004. Further, FLK falsely claimed that FLK being the manufacturer of authentic NuBra and the rightful owner of the NuBra trademark in China. (Re: Sept 14, 2005 press release)

The People’s Court of China ruled in favor of Bragel in the case against FLK’s violation is part of Bragel’s (Re: June 1 & July 3 2006 press release) continued effort to pursue offenders that infringes upon Bragel’s patent rights in China where most of counterfeit and knockoff products are from.
