On July 12, 2005, Sa Sa Cosmetic Company Limited HK COO, Wilson Chu, issued a letter to Bragel’s lawyer in Hong Kong to cease all marketing and promotion of “Me Bra” or any similar product that’s a knock off of Bragel’s NuBra immediately. This cease of action was promised to take effect immediately by COO, Wilson Chu. Bragel’s legal team will follow up on this and take proper action afterward.
