Hunkemöller, a well known, Netherlands based lingerie company filed an opposition against Bragel's patent (EP1366681) on NuBra in an attempted to invalidate the said patent and promote one of the knockoff brands they carry. However, Bragel's determination to protect its intellectual property rights prevails and Hunkemöller decided to withdraw its opposition against Bragel's patent and resulted in a peaceful resolution.
