September 14, 2005 – China patent and trademark office ruled Shangzen FuLiKai company must return www.nubra.com.cn back to Bragel. Also, after the administration fine against FLK’s making and selling the NuBra counterfeits, Bragel will be suing FLK company on 2 counts of patent violations, and one count of trademark violation total of 3 cases, with each case claiming $500,000 RMB damages. FLK’s criminal act has caused a lot of damages to many companies around the world since they pose themselves as the “NuBra manufacturer” using an inferior material and process supplying an inferior product to many unaware buyers. Bragel has also filed the export restriction against all counterfeits out of China that violates NuBra trademark rights. Bragel will continue to work with custom official around the world to catch and punish the criminals to protect the general public from an inferior and unsafe counterfeit.
