China
Mr. Zhang, a corporate executive of Shenzhen, China based Desun Industry Co., Ltd. made a statement that they will immediately cease all sales and marketing activities related to the silicone based bras that infringed Bragel’s patent rights upon receiving the patent infringement notice from Mission International Patent & Trademark Office on 9/26/2005. Mr. Zhang further states that Desun will also remove the listing of those products on Alibaba.com.

Brazil
A Brazilian TV channel broadcasted a footage of police raid/arrest and the confiscation of approximately 2000 pairs of UnBra, an illegal copy of NuBra from China, in Brazil. The TV reporter stated that those illegal products will be destroyed for they are potentially harmful.

Italy
Euronova Srl, located in Vigliano B.se(BI), Via Liberta 4, immediately suspended the sales of silicone bras distributed by a company in Hong Kong, China after receiving the Cease & Desist notice from Bragel.
