Bragel is suing Watson in China for “Patent Infringement” upon Bragel’s NuBra Feather-Lite. Watson owns a large number of chain stores in HK and is expanding rapidly worldwide. Watson sold NuBra serial products before and found that the business was brisk. Later, Watson came up with a product, imitating the NuBra Feather-Lite and bearing the mark of "Feather Bra", made in China and sold in China and HK stores. After receiving the cease and desist request from Bragel, Watson HK removed all knockoff NuBra products from their HK stores. However, the same request was ignored by Watson’s chain stores in China and as a result; this legal action against Watson was filed.
