Bragel International, Inc. has filed a formal complaint with the United State District Court; Central District of California against Acesori d.b.a. Lofton’s, a chain of retail stores with its place of business at 612 Hwy 16 East, Carthage, Mississippi for Willful Patent Infringement and Unfair Business Practice. Lofton’s is openly selling a knockoff copy of NuBra call Oh Bra. NuBra is a patented product by Bragel. Acesori/Lofton’s refuses to cooperate with Bragel’s request to stop selling the infringing product after receiving several direct communications from Bragel regarding the infringement.
