The Brava System is based on the well established principle of tension-induced tissue growth, long known to grow lasting tissue and now proven to lift and increase the breasts.

Wear the Brava System for 10 hours a day for 10-14 weeks, final tissue growth averaged 100 cc, or more than 50% baseline breast volume (measured 15 months after treatment protocol was completed).
